How selected gold-rate sites compare
We measure the distance between selected sites' published 22K rates and one reference: the Kalyan Jewellers Vijayawada showroom board. This measures similarity to that board, not universal accuracy or the final price at every shop.
Comparison results are not available yet
No usable set of paired 22K observations currently meets the comparison requirements. A result needs observations from a selected site and the Kalyan Vijayawada board on the same publisher date; missing, failed, excluded or unmatched observations are not silently treated as agreement.
We do not declare a closest site until at least 30 common paired days are available. You can still review the source-level comparison data, the method below and the corrections log.
How we measure
Several times a day we collect each site's published 22K per-gram rate and the Kalyan Vijayawada showroom-board observation. For every date currently in the sample, we pair the latest clean observations from that date, calculate the absolute percentage gap and average comparable dates. A current-day pair can still change before the day ends. Coverage and missing days matter, so review the downloadable data with the average.
Sites can be close because they use similar upstream inputs; closeness does not prove independence, product availability or the final jewellery bill. We do not assume the Vijayawada board is identical across all cities unless that is rechecked and documented.

Why do big websites show different gold rates?
Publishers can use different sources, regions, product definitions and update times. This site measures their reported values on shared dates and prints its sample size rather than assuming one universal number.
Does this table prove which website is most accurate?
No. It measures distance from one reference—the Kalyan Vijayawada 22K board—on dates shared by every listed publisher. It makes no closest-site claim until at least 30 common paired days exist, and it does not represent every buyer or city.
Is the IBJA rate the correct one?
IBJA publishes a benchmark with a different purpose from a retail jewellery board. Compare like with like and use the dated source appropriate to your transaction.
